It’s about the real moments as they happen, the quick saves, and the proof that lovebasiq works in real life.

If your video fits what we’re looking for and is approved by our team, you’ll be rewarded.

What is The Backstage Club?

The Backstage Club is lovebasiq’s customer video submission program.

We are inviting our customers to submit real-life videos captured in the moment — not staged, not recreated, not scripted.

If your video is selected, you’ll receive:

  • $200 cash

What we’re looking for?

We’re interested in genuine real-life moments, not content creation.

Your video should:

  • Capture a real-life situation
  • Show a genuine stain
  • Be filmed as it happens or immediately after
  • Feel natural and unplanned
  • Be filmed vertically (phone-style)
  • Faces are optional.
  • Reactions and talking are welcome — as long as they’re natural.
Are there examples?

Here are the couple of examples that show the type of the content we are after:
What qualifies?

To be considered, your video must meet all of the following:

  • Vertical format (9:16)
  • High definition footage
  • Raw footage only
  • Clearly shows: the stain, the moment, the result
What doesn’t qualify?

We won’t accept:

  • Voiceovers
  • Explanations or tutorials
  • Edited videos
  • Music, captions, filters or effects
  • Influencer-style intros
How submission works?
  1. Complete the submission form
  2. Upload your video (or provide a link if the file is larger than 10MB)
  3. Our team reviews all submissions

If your video is approved:

  • We’ll contact you within 14 days
  • Payment or product credit will be issued within 14 days of confirmation

If you don’t hear from us, it simply means the submission wasn’t the right fit at this time.
Usage & rights (important)

If your video is approved, you agree that Lovebasiq may:

  • Use the content across our website, social media, email and advertising channels
  • Edit the video for length, format or performance
  • Use the content globally and for an unlimited time
  • Use the content with or without credit

Only videos approved by lovebasiq. will ever be used.
A few final notes
  • Submitting a video does not guarantee approval or payment
  • You must own the rights to the footage you submit
  • You’re welcome to submit again if another real moment happens
  • This program is ongoing and reviewed continuously.
  • Videos can be submitted at any time and there is no limit to the number of submissions from an individual
  • Our $250 cash reward or $300 lovebasiq. store credit is on a per-video used basis
